My name is Beata Cypcar.  I am a Mandala Artist and Mandala Painting Teacher.

 

I have a gift of soothing and comforting people. My mission is to support and inspire you to achieve your potential. 

Self-development

'Mandala Mindfulness' Workshops

for Private Individuals & Groups 

You are warmly invited to start a journey of therapeutic self-exploration that aims to bring more awareness and balance into your life. 

During the mindful painting workshop lasting one hour you will be inspired and guided to create your own mandala. 

We will start with a short relaxation exercise followed by painting and reflecting on the colours, geometric shapes (triangles, squares, etc) and other images from your mandala. 

I encourage you to stay open and receptive to the new experience, and to apply a caring attitude towards yourself.

If you like, you will be able to share the feelings you had while the creative process. 

 

Recognised as a form of journaling, painting mandalas is very useful for personal growth. You may want to continue doing it at home as part of

a self-care routine and to build a firm foundation for cultivating mindfulness (presence) in daily life.

I strongly recommend a follow-up session with me to solidify what you have learned and strengthen your confidence in using mandalas in your inner work.  

 

I provide all materials for a workshop

attended in person. 

For an online workshop, please purchase a few pages of quality A4 size paper, gel pens and crayons. Cut the paper into 2 halves. You will be creating on A5 size. Also, you will need a CD ROM with which you will draw the circle. 

 

There is no need to be artistic!

The process of creating is spontaneous and it allows you to find inspiration within.

Staff Development

'Mandala Mindfulness' Workshops

My unique mindful painting workshops can be an exciting addition to your team meetings or your away days.  Alternatively, they can be run separately as 'Learn and get inspired’ sessions.

For your convenience, the workshops can be held in your office / at the location of your meeting. 

During the workshop lasting one hour you will be inspired and guided to create your own mandala.

We will start with a short relaxation exercise followed by painting and reflecting on the colours, geometric shapes (squares, triangles, etc) and other images from your mandala.

 

I encourage you to stay open and receptive to the new experience, and to apply a caring attitude towards yourself.

Performed regularly, this enjoyable activity enhances the individual's mental health and  interpersonal relationships.

It also helps develop creativity and resourcefulness. By contributing to a calmer mind, a greater self-understanding and focus, it forms a solid foundation for cultivating mindfulness (presence) in daily life.
